Funding
IAPA is funded by the subscriptions and fees paid by its Member Firms and Commercial Associates. Subscriptions are set at a level that is consistent with the effective operation of the association and the level of support expected by our member firms.

The following notes set out the rates of subscriptions and fees payable for the year ending 31 March 2009.

Global subscriptions and fees

  • Application fee (applicable to new member firms only) - £1260
  • Global subscription (applicable to all member firms)

Individual member firms pay as follows

  • Base fee - £1900
  • Per partner supplement - £100 x number of partners, but capped at 20 partners
  • Per branch supplement - £325
  • Supplementary fees
    In addition, all firms contribute to central funds 5% of fees earned from work referred to them by other members of the association.

Regional subscriptions – applicable only to member firms in Europe and Americas
In addition to the above global contributions, member firms in Europe and the Americas contribute to their regional budgets as follows:

  • European regional subscription (Europe only)
  • Base fee €660
  • Per partner supplement €25
  • American regional subscription (Americas only)
  • Base fee US$ 200
